Once orders are processed your parcel will be delivered within 2-10 business days, note timeframes given are an estimate only, excluding the 2.5 – 4 production timeframes.

Once an order is submitted, we are unable to change or cancel the order. If you have additional questions about your order, please contact us directly by email info@alinlekal.com
We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. Once your order has been received and signed for at the specified shipping address, any liabilities due to loss or damage are not the responsibility of Alin Le Kal
You may exchange your order within 7 days from the date you receive your order. This is a strict time frame with no exceptions. You must first contact info@alkbylekal.com to establish a return address and confirmation prior to sending the goods back. All return shipping charges must be pre-paid by you unless item is faulty. Any item considered faulty will be repaired and returned to you.
Please ensure that the item is returned to us in its original packaging, its original condition with its original tags, is unworn and a tracking number is emailed through. All returned items are subject to a quality control inspection and must be received by our team within 7 days of the date of order for a credit note for the full purchase price amount.
A refund will only be given if the item is considered faulty and cannot be repaired or replaced. Refunds are not valid for any other circumstance.
Note this return policy is only valid for orders placed through the ALK By Le’Kal online store and in-store.
